General conditions

Depending on the nature of the work, our offers, agreements, and activities are subject to:

• On Sea Container Transport: the Sea Container Conditions of Carriage and, insofar as they are not deviated from in the Sea Container Conditions of Carriage, the General Conditions of Transport 2002 (AVC).
In case of international transport, the above conditions apply in addition to the CMR-Convention.
• On Other Transport: the General Transport Conditions 2002 (AVC). In case of international transport, these are additionally applicable to the CMR Convention.
• On Entry/Storage/Exit of Goods and other logistical activities: the Logistics Services Terms and Conditions (LSV), with the exception of Article 14, the Arbitration Regulations.
Dutch law applies to all legal relationships. The court in Rotterdam is only competent to hear disputes that may arise.
In case of international road transport, this choice of court is not exclusive but complementary within the meaning of Article 31 of the CMR Convention.
